Is virtual therapy appropriate for me if I have depression and anxiety?
Yes, we are a therapy practice, but I won't know your appropriateness for virtual outpatient care until we meet at consultation. RFLCTV is not for you if...

- you struggle with substance abuse
- you have had a psychiatric hospitalization or inpatient stay in the last 6 months
- you struggle with frequent and active suicidal and/or self-harming behavior
- you have received a referral from a medical professional to seek a specific therapy we do not offer
- you have personality challenges that are expressed in explosive or hostile reactions to insights made by caregivers
- you exhibit cognitive challenges, like incoherence, memory issues, etc.
- you are seeking therapy with an ulterior motive unrelated to improving your wellbeing
